 For sometime you've probably been longing to find some information about Gulu University and so we wish to extend a very warm welcome to you on this day of your visit to our relatively new website. This is the official website of Gulu University.
As the name suggests, Gulu University is situated in Gulu, the largest town in northern Uganda, one of the Commonwealth states in the newly revived East African Community (EAC).

As a subsidiary legislation, the Establishment of Gulu University Statutory Instrument has, in most respects, re-echoed the objects and functions of a public university as contained under Section 24 of the Universities and Other Tertiary Institutions Act (supra). However, Regulation 5(1) of the Gulu University Establishment Instrument, spells out the university’s vision and mission respectively in the Schedule thereto, namely: |

 So you already have an institutional e-mail account of the type

with our server? In that case all you have to do is to go on to the next link indicated with the animated image to the right and you will be led to a screen where you'll type your e-mail id as "yourid" plus your password and... Enjoy!
 On the other hand if you still do not have an account with the Gulu University mail service, please submit your request to me (the Network Operations Officer, Celsius O. Olwoch) giving me some of the following basic information:
- Your full name - including your surname and all other names e.g. Okello John Baptist;
- Your job title e.g. dean of such and such a faculty, or head of such and such a department or teaching assistant, or assistant librarian etc.
Using your other e-mail account - Yahoo, GMail, Hotmail or whatever..., send these bits of info to my web service e-mail:
